Most offices have a System Administrator who is behind the 
scenes working hard and keeping everyone's equipment working smoothly.
A System Administrator is the person in charge of the IT Team, and all the systems they work on.
The Sys Admin makes sure that all connections are secure, that the Internet is running smoothly, that systems are not compromised for cyberattacks, and keep the always needed printer-network online.
Workers may not see the System Administrators often, but the work they accomplish and do is what makes it possible for everyone else to do their jobs.
Sometimes people get frustrated with technology--demanding it speed up or do what is needed more quickly.
It's important to recognize the constant effort a Sys Admin job requires. The cyber world is constantly changing and it's because of them that online security stays strong and fully functional, as well as up-to-date. These people must always be learning new systems, scams and techniques, plus keep up with the trends so they can keep operations safe and secure.
So try to find whatever control room, security closet or desk they're under to offer a since "thank you" to show their efforts are appreciated!
