What is a Preferred REALTOR? A Preferred REALTOR is a realtor who has secured a City on the group website: http://www.TheWorldRealEstateNetwork.com and has gone through all of the qualifications necessary to be the Exclusive Preferred REALTOR for their city.
How many Realtors can there be for a city on the website? Only one - once we have selected a Preferred REALTOR for that city, they are the EXCLUSIVE (only one) labeled for that city for the rest of their lives (or until they decide to relinquish their rights as Preferred REALTOR.
Can a REALTOR have multiple cities if they work multiple markets? Yes - as long as they can qualify. How do I know if my city is available? Go to http://www.TheWorldRealEstateNetwork.com - click on either United States, then your state, then your city. If there is no one listed next to that city, then it is available. Same thing for Worldwide (searching for countries)
What is the advantage of being a Preferred REALTOR over just a member of this group? We put your website link behind your city(s) so that if any realtor is looking for a realtor to refer, you would be the only person for that city - same as buyers, sellers, investors, 2nd home, 1035 exchanges, developers etc. The old way is watching for someone to post a referral to the entire group and hope that you catch it before anyone else does!
