I like to sound of a luxury patio home in Edmond.  I may be moving to Edmond this summer.  How much are these homes?  Do you have pictures some where to look at on the web?  How much are monthly fees  What are the amenities?  I want a pool and lawn care.  Probably a 3 bedroom, 2 bath.  Thank, Judy Ballardlou

We are trying to sell our home and planning to move to Edmond or Okla. City. We are retired and want to down size and want things easy and simple so we can travel. We want very little maintenance. We want something around 1900 to 2000 square feet and prefer new construction and amenities. Karen
