Same here, Wayne Martin! I market to agents more than buyers when I'm sharing coming soon listings! I want 50 agents lined up alongside 50 buyers, waiting to get into my listing the hour it hits the market!!

The big concern is that selling agents will let their own or unrepresented buyers in prior to the house being actively listed. I'm just the opposite - I WANT those agents with their buyers...not mine!
