Claudia Taylor "Lady Bird" Johnson High School will open its doors on August 25, 2008 to approximately 1,700 students in the ever growing north central area of San Antonio, Tx.  The  full capacity of the 420,000 quare foot campus will educate 3,000 student.  This high tech, state-of-the-art facility will be the largest high school in Texas.  It is named after the late first lady of the United States and wife of the late President Lyndon B. Johnson.
