Red Hook Diner

Red Hook continues to have a large amount of properties available for sale.  From the report below there is an indication that next month's unit sales could triple based on listings now in contract.

It is important to have your property priced right to be competitive.  I have also noticed that more incentives are being offered to buyers; some are sellers paying down mortgage points for buyers, a free tank of heating oil, and holding part of the mortgage to name a few.

Jennifer, I LOVE the market report.  I also LOVE that diner.  You really have some great diners in New York.

Marchel - Everyone love the diners, I am not sure why but they do.  In Dutchess we also have a Drive -in, do you have any in your area?

Hi Jennifer- I think the MigHudson Valley is the "Diner Kingdom"- We sure have our share. It is interesting how a picture can start a great comment thread. Love it!

Jennifer,
Your market report gives your consumers a great overview of what is happening in the area. Yes, I love the Diner too.  I think it is a nostalgic thing.

Gary - This Diner is popular with the New Yorkers who leave NYC for the the weekends.

Barbara - Now that I think about it you are right, there are many Diners.

Cynthia- When I decided on the picture of the Diner I had no  idea it would have been so appreciated.  Yes I try to provide market information to keep the consumers in my marketplace up-to-date.

Jennifer, we really don't have diners.  My daughter has taken me to them in NYC.  Denny's tries to make their restaurant look like a diner ever once in a while but that's just not flying.  You had asked about drive in's.  We have tons of Sonics.  I have always loved sonic so I think that is way cool.  I love their cherry limeade.

Hi Jennifer,

Great report for home buyers and sellers in Redhood. We don't have diners like this either in SoCal. at least none that I know of. Including a free tank of heating oil is something I've never heard of before.
