Thursday Is A Day Of Relaxation This Week!!

Thursday is a fun day this week. I did not go to the gym!!  My body called the shots on that one. It told me I needed a day of rest, and I always listen to what this body says. It’s the boss!!

I did a couple of hours online and shut it down to sprawl in the bright sun. There’s no humidity today, and I listened to my favorite radio station with ‘80’s rock music blasting.

Lunch was with my son, Michael, and we always have great conversations at lunch. He usually comes to my house every day, and I serve him what I eat.

He’d love to have a greasy hamburger.  Today, I serve him a hamburger mixed with an egg, parmesan and Romano cheese, with a slice of tomato, onion and sugar-free ketchup with cloud bread (no grain for me!) 

Early evening will be with Tammy, and we decided to hit the casino.  I love to gamble. I can make a bet out of anything!!! 

Of course, I limit the amount of cash I bring, and I definitely leave the credit cards at home!!  It’s $200 maximum. If I come home even, I had a good night. Anything over $200 means I made a score!

We could make a bet out of this one!!!!!!

Good morning, Barbara... sounds like a wonderful day, all-in-all. As for the gambling... that bug never hit me. I did a bit in Monte Carlo for the experience. I've stayed in Las Vegas for conferences many times for a week at a time without spend a quarter on any sort of gambling. I always figure $200 can buy me a nice handbag, a good facial.

Our body needs a change from time to time, right?  No matter how hard we work out, there will be a ceiling because our body acclimates, right?  That is what I have heard at least, so I think it is a good thing to get out of our routine for a little bit.  I have been meaning to try a cloud bread burger and that looks delicious, so I think I will do it sooner, rather than later.  How did you form the buns?
