IT Tools used in Real Estate

I have been looking atr widgets,SEO's,link exchanges, etc and I have decided to let my peers guide me through this exercise, because I am lost. I hate to sound like an idiot, but I am lost as to how much money to spend and where to spend it. It is a whole lot easier to go buy a new shirt or anything else, than it is to spend money on an item you cannot see. Please HELP,I am totally lost.

Greg, There's a wealth of information her on the rain about search engine optimazation. I have been optimizing my own website for the last 7 years. I don't spend money at all doing it I just read everything I can and then do what they tell. One thing I can tell you is content is king. You also want to make sure each page has its own title and description. Good luck!
