I am leaving the antique gallery where I have a space at the end of next month. Long story short the building was sold and while the owner is giving my boss several more months, she is leaving shortly and didn't tell anyone. It is a big job to liquidate the thousands of items I have but yesterday, I started in earnest to take things out. The most difficult part of any task is just to start it.

I am sad but resolute. I will do something everyday and have someone move the big stuff at the last moment. That's my story. Have a good day.

Several years ago, I knew an owner of an antique mall here in the greater Sacramento region.  For one reason or another he decided to move the operation to another location.  I remember him being quite stressed at the time.
