Get your credit pulled, go to a HomeBuyer class, talk to REALTORS and lender, etc.  Get FREE stuff from Exhibitors.  I know I have a BUNCH of FREE stuff but supplies are limited and they only allow us to bring so much stuff.

Gary-Thanks for the comment.  Yep, this is the first such conference I've been to for HomeBuyers and it was ALL day.  Wew!  I didn't think I'd be pooped after a 7-hour stint, mostly standing at a Buyer EXPO.  BUT, I was wrong!  I'm totally tired; just want to sleep 48 hours straight.  Don't want to talk to anyone about anything.  But, it was (I won't say "fun") educational and I had a good time talking to a lot of people about the process of home-buying.  Perhaps I saw YOU there.  :)
