Look what I found on an old New Hampshire road

You never know what you will find when you take a drive to no where in particular. My afternoon started with a relocation buyer having no luck finding their dream home. With less than a day left to fnd the perfect area, I said lets drive. We headed out North and West of the Manchester NH area. 

The buyer wanted "a true New England town". Living here my whole life, what is seen on TV and what is reality can differ. They found homes they liked but not areas. They wanted a true rural town. One with good people they said to raise their Young kids. One with good schools for their future but they wanted to be in the middle of no where, bit close enough to anywhere they may need to go. An impossible task it may seem, so lets drive. I took them to a variety of towns that are roughly 30 minutes North and West.

We came upon a rural stop sign, no cars in sight and there it was, this barn.

They loved it. We soon headed into the town and they loved it. They wanted to head back out of town and check some neighborhoods. The neighborhoods really consist of fields or woods with houses here and there. I hit the golden button to see what was for sale and headed to the first of 3 homes. It could not be seen from the road. They loved it. But we had not seen anything yet. We headed up the drive way to a home sitting on a hill. They loved it. We met the seller who heard us coming and invited us in. Within the hour it was signed, sealed and delivered. Now that is the way to sell a home. 

 Perhaps the MOST IMPORTANT message is to share with every consumer that my philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. Those that hire me, find a dedication like no other.
