I am so excited!!!

Even in a down market, someone like me can get a client, show them a few houses, have them fall in love with one, get them qualified in an hour, and now prepare to put in an offer. There is still life in the marketplace!

I have a friend from school, who she and her fiancee, want to buy. She emailed me about helping them move to my area. We were able to hook up yesterday, and the rest is history.

I am so excited!!! I just had to share and tell others that if it can happen for me, it will happen for you. Just keep on keeping on. Don't give up. We had 33 houses close yesterday, and 45 went pending. There is allot of activity starting again. I believe!!!

Good job, take the bear market by the throat and throttle it! We can sell, if we do our job and do it correctly!

Good for you when all the dust settles on this market there will always be buyers and sellers as long as people need to live in doors real estate will be a business with a future.

Sounds like the housing market is stabilizing in your area. YaY!

Alpine, There are always both, just that now, we have to work a little harder. Thank you.

Heather, there are still allot of foreclosures coming on, but the banks are getting smarter and working a little faster to move stuff. It all depends on price and location. Everything, just about, will sell, for the right price. I appreciate your post.
