On September 3, 2019, Molly Boesel of CoreLogic reported that nationwide home prices including distressed sales gained 3.3% in July of 2019 from June of 2019, and higher 3.6% from July of 2018; while predicted to rise 5.4% to July of 2020. State of Idaho had the largest HPI gain with 11.5% increase in July of 2019 from July of 2018.
This is an indication that real estate values maybe slowly increasing but stabilizing.
