Choosing Your Realtor In Today's Market
During a closing recently, the seller said it had been 35 years since he sold his last home and asked me "How do you choose a real estate agent in today's market?"
We have over 1800 real estate agents in and around the Springfield Mo area, Selecting a realtor is not an easy task.. My response to him was, interview the agent. Make sure they are qualified to help you with your property, whether it is vacant land, farm, residential, multi-family or commercial. If that isn't enough, call the company and ask for the broker. They will be happy to recommend a good agent.
Ask your friends for recommendations. Referrals are the greatest compliment a past client can give.
