Haha, I knew you would have a list of concerns Nina Hollander and I am sure that Ron and Alexandra Seigel will have a few more to add to the list.  Perhaps if we staged a fine bottle of wine on the counter, it would allow you to look past some of the faults?

Yes, those are certainly more appropriate terms to use, connoisseurs/critics, but I still like fussy, haha.  I love all of you fussy people though Ron and Alexandra Seigel

There is plenty of storage space in this kitchen Kathy Streib and prospective buyers certainly appreciate it.
