GBBR Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® is where I spent the morning taking a class on Fair Housing.

This is a requirement for CE continuing education, a good class taught by Cindy Penn.

The group enjoyed the class and the discussion while following the slide presentation. Cindy also shared a Fair Housing Advertising Word/Phrase List.

I have a copy if anyone is interested.

Maybe a bit outdated but it is sure to cause some discussion and some smiles.

The hour and a half went by quickly.

Looking forward to taking other courses with Cindy.

Found out she would be teaching this same class at The Realtor's ® Fair at Martin's West on October 17th. And yes, I will be there.
