It is Sat morn and I get all the lawn equipment out of the garage and ready to go. I will have the lawn cut, edged and weed eating finished by noon then jump in the pool and relax the rest of the day. Then my cell phone rings and ruins all my plans, Someone wants to look at one of my listings. OK off with the lawn cloths and into nice attire. Then the phone rings again and again on different listings. What a way to ruin my plans and my day.
When I finally got home it was too late to cut the grass, but I did write two contracts. I guess this is my way of saying that the real estate market is coming back in the Pensacola area.
I hope other agents in Florida cant find time to mow their lawns either.
