Water in the desert? Wait, what?
Yes, we really have water in the desert. And some of our Lake/water subdivisions are incredible and very relaxing.
In this video I will bring you on a tour of one of my favorite Phoenix lake subdivisions called Arrowhead Lakes in Arrowhead Ranch in Glendale Arizona.
Situated in the North Phoenix area in Glendale this lake subdivision offers extreme convenience. Close to Westgate, Arizona Cardinals Stadium, Surprise Arizona for baseball spring training, wonderful schools in the Deer Valley School District, golf in Arrowhead Country Club, this area has it all.
Enjoy a tour starting on the lake working in a very affordable home in Arrowhead Lakes priced under $400,000 on the water-wow!
We then continue down to WaterFall Park in Arrowhead Lakes and then for a tour of an amazing trilevel home in Arrowhead Lakes in Arrowhead Ranch that has a stunning lake backdrop.
The video finishes with a heavy rainfall while touring Arrowhead Country Club but I made it through. I am from Chicago and can deal with snow too!
What an area though. So awesome with so many amenities, a great location, good schools, lakes, mountains, close to the 101, Arrowhead Lakes in Arrowhead Ranch is one of the most desirable lake subdivisions in the Phoenix area.
