Another hot week-end in Austin..hoping for rain this week. We helped Handsome Hudson celebrate turning seven which was so much fun!

My seller is doing a happy dance as her buyers home sold and the contingency is lifted! Her home appraised, buyer is approved and just waiting to close the first of October.

Sunday was a day for Geno to go for a pedicure and manicure but he wasn't feeling up to it so we will try for next week! Each day is a little harder for him. Each day is a blessing. ♥

Did you know there is something going on in Texas for Halloween that you won't want to miss? Only in Texas!
