Property prices in Ajman are a third of property prices in Dubai, so not only can you save yourself money, you can get more for your money.  What will buy you a one-bedroom apartment in Dubai can buy you a villa in Ajman, ideal if you have a family to cater for.  The choice of major freehold projects currently underway in Ajman include Emirates City, Park View, Ajman Pearl, Ajman Up Town Villas and Escape Villas.  It won’t be long before Ajman starts to see the same levels of price increase as Dubai, so potential buyers should move quickly!
