Ranking third for population growth, the St. George area offers unique, urban living with a small town feel in the high Utah desert. The metro area increased by 3.5%, adding approximately 6,000 new residents last year for an estimated population of 171,700.
Utah visitors spent $9.15BIL, supporting 147,000 jobs, resulting in $1.34BIL in state and local tax revenue. Large events such as: Huntsman World Senior Games, St. George Marathon and Ironman St. George 70.3 bring substantial income into the community.

City leaders must work together to encourage smart growth, so all residents can live confidently, knowing they have made solid investments in the St. George, Utah area. I made the commitment over 20 years ago and am here for the duration!
