On September 17, 2019, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values down 3.5% to the price of $810,000 in August of 2019 from price of $839,450 in July of 2019, and lower 3.4% from price of $838,500 in August of 2018, While, homes sales declined 7.0% in August of 2019 from in July of 2019, but increased 2.1% from August of 2018 in Orange County, California.
There were 3.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in August of 2019 unchanged from 3.5 months in July of 2019, and same as from 4.5 months in August of 2018. An average it took 24.0 days to sell a home in August 2019, unchaned from 24.0 days in July of 2019, but rose from 29.0 days in August of 2018, in Orange County, California.
