This is a personal story and a testimonial to a heating and air conditioning contractor and one employee. During the stormy weather the power in our Florida house went off. I noticed that after it went back on my cameras were working but the connection to the thermostat was lost. My neighbor said my compressor was not running. I need the air conditioning to run when I am not there to avoid mold.
My brother who lives nearby came over and was able to establish the Internet connection again. We turned it on to cool but warm air was coming out. It was operating in reverse as a heat pump rather than an air conditioner. We couldn't figure it out. When the power had gone off it reverted back to factory settings of heat mode. My brother started it up again and, Voila, cool air. I was so grateful I asked William where I can give a testimonial and I also asked him how I could obtain an annual service agreement.
