What a great market report. It has everything - graphics, facts, keywords, numbers, etc.

This is a winner.

I always try to make these reports easy to read for everyone.

As Lenn says ( she certainly knows ) , this is a great report. What I also noticed ( actually I did the division) is that your pendings and sold of SFD homes are at about 28% of the inventory. That certainly is a lot higher than what we are reporting in San Diego. On the SFA side it represents about 22% of inventory and that is certainly not bad either. So the market for Pembroke Pines sounds pretty good. Hope you are getting a good market share of all that good activity. Enjoy the day Neal!

Neal that is a lot of houses and condos for sale in one community, WOW.

By the way I agree with Lenn, and that is one great picture!!!

Neal: Great report and the numbers don't look that bad either! Your report gives your market a great snapshot of everything that a buyer/seller could need at quick-glance. How did you do your graph--it looks very nice?
