I agree with that Lise Howe, but it seems there will always be people that want to be incredibly unique and will not want to follow the crowd, haha.  I am somewhat like that, but when it comes to homes, I don't mind having mine just a little bit different, rather than completely different.

Hardscape is nice since it requires very little maintenance Sheri Sperry - MCNE®, but it's always nice to have some color to accent it as well.  I thought of you when I was in your area drinking wine with friends on Saturday!

As soon as I began to read your verbiage, I laughed because you reference it as a "uniquely designed master-planned community." You are absolutely right!

Too many times agents use "uniquely designed," when it isn't. You, Sir, speak the truth and that's one of the most important reasons why buyers and sellers can trust you and should contact you when making important real estate decisions about buying and selling.
