It is not a waste of time and effort to attend seminars, becuse some agents thinks it is a waste of time and money, i want your oppinions ,i respect those agents oppinion, but it is a waste only if you did not apply what you have learned.
I am a strong believer in seminars, and i can tell you that each time i apply what i have learned that it has elevated me to the next level.
Try to learn new skills and do not be afraid to get out of your comfort zone to learn what you don't know. Make no mistake about it success comes from learning from the people who are successful in the field, they know what works and what doesn't work.
