Ralph... I wish I could say I was shocked about that but I'll just say that it's insane what homes go for in some areas of the country. :)  Of course if I could earn the same commission on this house x10 in California then maybe I should move out there and sell in your market.

Sure Ralph... now is that a very positive attitude?  The correct answer would have been... "We have a very crowded market with over 35,000 agents, but there is always room for one more good agent who knows how to lead generate!
