. Business has been crazy, nutsy, wonderful just the way we LOVE it and thought we would share the recipe with all of you....our AR "family."
We have talked many times about the virtues of our purple envelopes. That is...the monthly snail mail newsletter we send to a variety of people in several different target markets. It's clockwork and we now share that content in a PDF with our downline at EXP so that they can benefit from this marketing effort as well. Agents can choose to "tweak" it for their own markets or use it as is...everyone loves getting mail that does not have a window in the envelope ! We use a number 10 envelope...it doesn't have to be purple of course...your branding may be any color you wish..we suggest looking at a selection of colors called Astro Bright for some ideas that will help your mailing stand out in the eyes and minds of the recipients. We got a call this week from a former buyer soon to be seller..."I've gotten your purple envelopes for 12 years....and I knew this day would come when I would be calling you to list the home you sold to me." Yaah !
So for this important ingredient of our marketing recipe....,mix well with tasty content...and stir with your favorite names and spicy addresses of people you have done business with in the past or wish to do business with in the future.
Next....our time honored of "Nacco Tacho Network Tuesday" is a weekly one on one meeting with a business connection of our choice...could be...a contractor, lawyer, lender, past client, future client....and without fail...we have a casual network connection every week. You can make it coffee...Salad Saturday...whatever works for you..the key is that it is consistent and your guest list well thought out..bring them some "ingredients" that are marketing ideas that may help their business and some information about you as well...what do you bring to their table ?
Last but certainly NOT least...is the addition of the real spice to our recipe...and a new addition this past year with our JUMP to EXP....and that is the use of KVCore...the CRM that we are given as part of being an agent with EXP. Mmm...how do I LOVE thee...let me taste the ways and there are soooo many more we have plans to add as we continue to grow. It truly is lead generation on sterioids...it allows you to work smarter not harder in ways you never thought possible ! You may well be using a CRM of one brand or another now. OR maybe...you use a system that you have devised over the years and you look at a CRM as a tool to manage your business. KVCore is well far, far beyond managing with times, dates, deadlines, etc. This CRM would cost you a mega buck investment ...or others similar to it...for us as EXP agents...it is not even a three figure investment per month ! This week a buyer for home for $3.3 million found his way to us thru this program...AND we continue to nurture this relationship with this oh sooo wonderful tool. This is just one example of how this ingredient in our recipe has added "spice" ! What we learned...the "too long way" is that you don't have to dislike where you are...to discover something you may like even better...Ask Amanda S. Davidson it really can be a life changing experience.
