You have a beautiful area and it looks like great homes at good values. Thanks for the photos.

Nice looking area. You would have to walk a long way here to see a place like that. Enjoy.

This is almost like a scene (minus the trees) from Leave it to Beaver.

Charles- Thank you for sharing about Cozet. What a neat area, I can feel the area as you described in another post. It isn't a place, but more of a state of mind.

Sidewalks are such a pleasure and add so much to a subdivision. Problem is in our area the builders don't think the buyers are willing to pay for them. So we have almost none in Searcy AR.

Charles: I just can't get over the beauty of your area! These homes are gorgeous and the sky & mountain backdrop really are inviting. GREAT photos!

Charles, sidewalks are something of a dying breed down here and I have yet to figure out why.

Charles, you guys have nice bungalows, that may worth a handsome of Malaysian money. I think if they are built in Kuala Lumpur suburbs here, they may worth some RM1.5 million each.

Charles, this looks very similar to a subdivision that some developers are putting in on the west side of Franklin, TN. It seems as if developers are adding a lot of green space now.

Charles - you mean there are still communities that spend time outside their homes??? Kids not on computers all day???
