This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 0.6 percent, new homes are up 1.3 percent and resale condos are down 2.5 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 10.8 percent, up 2.5 percent on condos and down 39.8 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 0.3 percent and the sales volume is down 9.4 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 14.2 percent and the sales volume is down 14.1 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 0.8 and the sales volume is up 36.8 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 13.1 percent and the sales volume is down 10.6 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 3.3 percent and the sales volume up 44.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 13.2 percent and the sales volume is down 24.1 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 0.3 percent and the sales volume is up 20.9 percent.
