Wonderful afternoon with a new Client and opportunities to see the up-dated homes in Berkeley Park. Not burdened with McMansions that overpower the existing homes, the streets in Berkeley Park gives everyone a chance to enjoy the calm while walking around!
The neighborhood is close to Ga Tech and the Reservior, easy access to the Interstate highway and shopping plus Berkeley Park still exhudes that small town feeling as you drive through looking at homes and gardens.
The icing on the cake was the kind and considerate new Client. Am so glad to have the opportunity to work with her going forward until we find the proverbial "perfect" place for her to move.
The condo community where she lives now has been bought out by a developer. Leaving her home of 25 years comes closer every day.
