Hello Brian - if I am correctly reading this week's Val Vista Baseline Area in Mesa Arizona real estate update it seems that the active listing category is rather low. Prospective buyers and sellers need to contact you to stay aware and up-to-date regarding this community or elsewhere in East Valley.
