Thankful Thursdays ~ RIP My Geno

This is the hardest post I've ever written. With a heavy heart I tell you my wonderful Geno has passed away. Thank you Debe Maxwell, CRS for letting everyone know why I disappeared. Thank you for the calls, cards, flowers, prayers and condolences.
My best friend and partner in life went to heaven on Monday morning, September 30, 2019. Geno was surrounded by my daughter Melissa, son John and myself as he slipped away. He was admired and adored by all and our celebration of his life was exactly as he would want.
I could never have gotten through these past weeks without the help and support from my son, daughter, my Coldwell Banker family and friends and family.
Our favorite place when dating was meeting at Chez Zee. We would meet for breakfast most mornings and had a special table we called ours. It was only fitting we celebrated Geno where we started and ended.
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty
To find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed easier because you lived;
This is to have succeeded.
