Despite it being a buyers market, today my open house did not get any attention. It could be that we have had the two hottest days in a row so far this year. Oh yes summer is here! You would think that a two bedroom two bath condo on the water would have people pounding down the doors. Well, not so today. There are plenty of deals out there. Buyers need not be bashful.  Harbourside is a great condo community in South Pasadena, Florida. There are even deeded boat slips. Bring your boat!!! This community is close to the beaches of St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madiera Beach, and on up to Clearwater Beach.  There is plenty of shopping and great waterfront dining. Come to the sunny west coast of Florida and experience all that we have to offer.  Don't forget the sunsets. Awesome, awesome, awesome!! Whether you are interested in shopping, boating, fishing, golfing or just plain old retiring. This is the place to be. It all starts with the open houses. So grab some fiends and take a Sunday tour of the type of property you are interested. We (Real Estate Agents) don't bite. If its condos, single family homes, or multi family homes you are after.
