Early Snowfall in Denver, Cold Fall Introduction

Today is October 10 and Denver has just had it’s first snowstorm of the Fall/Winter season. Including the south Denver metro area, we had a very large temperature drop yesterday resulting in snow. When it was rolling into town the temperature went from 79 to 27 in just a few short hours. The wind was quite strong and luckily most trees were still fully leafed out. Last year, trees become bare right before the end of October. Aesthetically that cuts Fall short. The temperature will rebound after this week, and most trees should go through the full yellow/red cycles. Luckily, we were able to get all the homes in our Denver property management portfolio on the sprinkler blow out list in advance of this cold temperature drop. Historically, Halloween is usually quite cold, so we will see how the fall shakes out. It is not impossible to rent out homes during this time, so for your Denver property management needs be sure to call in today to learn the details of our program.
