HERE'S TWO THINGS THEY SHOULD BE TELLING YOU!

1- Start adding higher priced homes to your existing business

2- Use "unique" strategies that no one else is doing to capture buyers and sellers..

Let's talk about both of these..

First, get comfortable with selling higher end homes .. it only takes 4 things to be super confident ..

Knowledge .. Presentation .. Branding .. Unique Strategies

None of this has to cost a lot of money .. most of it can be done for FREE!

Secondly, start executing on "unique" strategies that bring little or no competition..

Oh, and by the way they cost little or no money!
