Hi Lenn, That looks to be a great home for the money. It says it is the the Polo Fields subdivision. Any connection to Polo Fields? Is this horse country? The yard on this house is missing something. A white fence maybe, not sure? Maybe something more substantive like a low stone wall with white wrought iron on top with big stone posts and lanterns. And a gate for the drive. Just so you know when I am ready to move there.

William.  This home is in Reston, a planned community in Fairfax County.  This is an urban area and Reston is urban in nature although one can go a mile south or west and be in horse country. 

Laurie.  Just trying to let folks know that they can buy now, right now.

Ken.  I saw your listing in Bethesda.  Reston doesn't have the proximity to DC to demand the prices for Bethesda.  But, the quality of life is far better.  However, just being in the Whitman HS cluster should sell your listing in Bethesda.
