I first found out about Ram Katalan and North Star Moving from an article in Fortune Small Business Magazine titled Moving On Up. When I read the article, I realized this guy Ram was one smart cookie. After realizing that the imploding real estate market in Los Angeles County would probably effect his bottom line with his middle income clients, he set his sites on the high-end market, which tends to be more stable during market downturns like the one we are currently experiencing.
