Welcome. I'm Steve from Oklahoma City, one of the nation's best kept secrets. I am excited to be a part of this community. I know I will learn a lot but I also hope to be able to open some eyes regarding our city.

When I moved here in 1991 there really wasn't much for OKC to brag about. But thanks to some visionary leaders a remarkable transformation has taken place in the last 15 or so years. It used to be this town relied totally on oil but now we are much more diversified. Energy is still a very big player here(we are home to Chesapeake Energy, Devon Energy, and Sand Ridge Energy)

The Oklahoma City real estate market is still good. The median price of a home here is about $130,000 and the avg price is approximately $150,000 so we haven't had the wild fluctuations that have devastated some areas of the country.

As for me, it's not about me. It's about what I can do to help my seller or buyer. I have always believed if I help people get what THEY want, then my reward will take care of itself. Till next time...
