Crescent Plaza was built in 2000, so the condos all have an open floor plan so popular these days.    

Many of the units have a small balcony with a view of Bethesda, extra storage and garage parking. The community allows pets which is great since you are so close to the Capital Crescent Trail – the picture perfect place to walk with your favorite canine.    Extra amenities include washers and dryers in each unit and granite and stainless in most condos which have been renovated by the current owners.

WHAT IS NEAR CRESCENT PLAZA

Grocery shopping is readily available at the Safeway at Bradley Boulevard, the Giant on Arlington Road, the Whole Foods in Friendship Heights and Trader Joe's across the street on Wisconsin Avenue. Suburban Hospital is about three mile away and Friendship Heights is just a mile away.  The Crescent Plaza Condos are an easy walk to the new Walter Reed Medical Center too and the new Marriot Headquarters. The Bethesda metro is just an eight minute walk north on Wisconsin Avenue while the Friendship Heights metro is an easy stroll south. The new Purple Line will be a few blocks away too.  Don't forget the Bethesda Farmer's Market (as long as it is still there!) and Bethesda Row with all the great shops there.

RECENT SALES ACTIVITY

There are several sizes of condos at the Crescent Plaza Condominiums, and prices vary accordingly. For instance a one bedroom unit with 691 square feet, sold for $365,000 in 2015. A one bedroom unit with 744 square feet sold in June 2015 for $375,000.  In August 2019 a 670 square foot one bedroom condo sold for $332,000. A 615 sq ft condo sold for $350,000 in March 2019.
