Thanks for your comment Nina Hollander Just Deposited just means that the sellers accepted the buyer's offer & the buyer's put down their earnest money deposit on it. Our MLS goes from Active->Just Deposited->In Contract->Closed. The Middle two often happen at the same time as is the case here.
