It is not a requiremnet that you become a golf member, but is is a requirement to be a social member when living in teh Bridges. Social membership is $52.50 per month plus you must spend a minimum of $50 a month in the restaurant. The home is 2061 sq ft 3 Bedrooms 2 Bath. There are real hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, large kitchen and master suite. There are some views of the mountains from the home and back patio.
It is within walking distance to the clubhouse. It is just a 5 minute drive to the Recreation Center which has an indoor pool, pickle ball courts, large work out facility, indoor walking track. Just 5 minutes from stores like Home Depot, Target, Wal Mart, grocery stores.
