The St. Edwards Neighborhood

St. Edwards is one of two neighborhoods in the Greater South River City district of Central Austin, Texas. The community is on the southern side of the district and is occupied mostly by the similarly named, St. Edward's University. Homes in the area are a mix of apartment buildings, townhouses, and a few single-family homes. Many of the residential real estates in the region are excellent investment opportunities if you are looking for a rental property. The many students and university staff usually rent these residences during the school year.

The school features excellent sports amenities with recreational areas you can use to unwind during your free time. The school is also close to the many commercial regions of Central Austin including several malls such as Twin Oaks Shopping Center, South Congress Square Shopping Mall, and Walmart Supercenter.

The school is a world-class and well funded educational institution with excellent academic, recreational, and sports facilities. The school provides courses on a variety of fields of study such as business, art, medicine, language, technology, education, and many more. There are many more schools close to the neighborhood including William B. Travis Early College High School, Lively Middle School, Travis Heights Elementary School, and Dawson Elementary School.
