The riches are in the niches, but if you can't build what you need to dominate that niche you are helpless. I have been using niche websites for almost 15 years, starting with community websites. I first had to buy sites done for me. I then used a company that built them, I got the leads, they owned the sites. I learned Wordpress and built some but ended up having multiple hosting accounts leading to lots of confusion...
About 2 years ago I started using this product. It is a complete set of online tools at a very low cost. I have built over 170 sites using their Pixel Perfect site builder, but they recently released their Cheetah site builder, which is better than Pixel Perfect.
