The Pending Home Sales Index comes out today and Friday the 13th will bring the Consumer Price Index report. An unexpected increase in consumer prices could send interest rates higher. Stay tuned for updates! The Mortgage Maven says lock 'em if you got 'em.

Our market numbers just came out for last month and they were running neck and neck with Aprils numbers. I think we will show an upswing in closed business for June, but I think my crystal ball says we are holding steady here in Orlando no ups or downs just flat.
