By now you may have heard of our tour bus that goes out twice a week. We are booked solid each week until August! Please download the attached schedules below to review the tours and themes we are doing on the tours. The Wednesday evening tours are simply area tours for new buyers and there is no theme assigned other than the specific area. Saturday Tours do have a theme (Foreclosures, Luxury Homes, Executive Homes, Investors, Etc.)
Attached is also the property registration form. If you would like us to feature your listings on our tour when we are in your listings area, please download and fill out the property registration form. It is a great way to promote your listing! Use us to tell your clients you will have 10-15 new buyers coming to view their home. Imagine their excitement…and yours (when you have something like that to tell them in this market!)
This is a FREE service and there is no charge. But please hurry as property spots do fill quickly!
