Well I have another praise report, remember after the last time {10 new listings after prayer} I said I am now praying for buyers? Well last week I was getting a little down, no closings in sight and worry starting to close in. I know I know, the job is not my source but.....
I was even looking online for jobs!! First time in the 2 years I have been in Real Estate that I have done that.
I got a call from a builder that a client that was going to build now had a contract on their home and would not have time to build. They came up and bought and will close just in time to keep me in Real Estate. :}
All you people that have been in Real Estate for awhile have been threw slow markets, and I am sure you have learned to deal with this. It is new to me having only commissions.
Makes a girl pray more!! :}
