We are getting sick and tired of bad publicity!!!!
When the "doom and gloom" stories come on the news, everyone stops and listens. The Arkansas River valley Real Estate market is not that bad. The media is what causes such declines. What is killing me is the fact it is the same media market that us Real Estate Agents/Brokers pay to advertise with are the ones hurting us. I love it when the Newspaper puts a LARGE "doom and gloom" article on the front page, then the puts the real estate ads in the back. Seems more like a "oxy-moron" to me.
BUT the best part about this whole "doom and gloom" phase is INVESTING! If you are the type that likes to gamble..... your are the "no risk, no reward" type person..... or you are just planning for your future. NOW is the time for all good men to step forward and buy, buy, buy, and more buy! There are great deals out there right now!

- Pay for children/grandchildren college
- Have extra spending $$$$$ (vacations, bass boat, etc.)
- Work smarter instead of harder
Now is your time to jump on this band wagon and run with it! Is there risk? Of course.... but do you drive to work everyday or float there in bubble? Everything in life is risk... just getting married now of days is a risk.
But here is the key... are you ready for it...... YOU MUST GET WITH AN EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE BROKER THAT KNOWS THE MARKET, ABSORPTION RATES, REPAIR COSTS, COST TO CLOSE, RATE OF RETURN, CAP RATES AND NET PROFITS.
When you have a a real estate investment coach (Licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker) that can assist you in what to swing at and what not to swing at... your average will go up! Right now there are good deals and low money.
