What’s River Walk Villages like?
This subdivision of River Walk Villages was one of the first communities built in the 2000’s. There was a couple of different phases, and one that is actually a newer phase being built today. Most homes in River Walk Villages were built 2001 to 2007. The square footage for homes in the subdivision varies from 1138 to 3024 square feet. Located close to the Rio Salado the subdivision goes from 51st Ave to about 57thAve, and from Southern North. This community makes for easy commutes for those needed to access I-10 for their daily commutes
