The FINAL FRONTIER?

It seems that every geographic area has it's turn to lead the way up regarding property values.

I believe the next hot spot in Cape May County includes the bayside communities of North Cape May, Villas and Del Haven.

Although the lot sizes are generally small, these communities lie in close proximity to the Delaware Bay.  There are alot of primary residences and some second homes in what is the most populated township in Cape May County, Lower Township (except Del Haven which borders to the north in Middle Township).

We are beginning to see some tear downs here and it stands to reason that for less than $200k you can still get in and get established.   There is no speculation here at this time, and it won't be long until the secret gets out.....

Remember,....you read it here first!

Tom...  you are so right on.  I was showing property in Del Haven a few months ago and could not believe all of the development in that area.  Driving on Millman in the Villas, you can come across beautiful new singles. This new growth will help all of us.

I also think that the new shopping areas are a huge step in the right direction.  It is important to keep shoppers in Cape May County.  The new stores makes Cape May County feel more like a community and less like a ghost town.

Tom, I am wondering why you made this members only.  I think this is solid information for the area that consumers would like to see.

Heather,   Thanks for your comments.  I also agree with your input about the shopping.  That has been a great plus for us, as well as our visitors.  I feel that that is just the proverbial "tip of the iceberg" as far as retail centers go...

I'm also expanding the view to include the public to have access to this post. Good recomendation.
